Working alongside our partners, we do our very best to ship our products the next working day. Please note we don’t offer an Amazon Prime type service- ourselves and our shipping partners do our very best to dispatch our goods as soon as possible. We ship with Royal Mail and we have learnt that they look after our products but there can be a short delay in getting your product to you. if you are in need of a very last minute present please allow an extra 24 hours especially if ordering on a weekend.

Please note orders are dispatched directly to you from our shipping partners based close to Elland Road. We cannot offer collections from the factory and we do not hold stock at our offices.

Due to the volume of posts in which we are tagged on social media, there is a real chance we could miss your correspondence. Furthermore, you may also be divulging private information. For overseas orders: If your local postal service have unsuccessfully attempted to deliver your parcel, it will be held at your local depot for a limited period only - typically 2-4 weeks - until you arrange collection or re-delivery. Any unclaimed parcels should automatically be returned to us but in the event this does not happen or it gets lost in transit, please get in touch to advise us if you have been unable to retrieve your goods.
